Q: Are the downloads really free?
A: Currently all of our downloads are free for private use. These include our desktops and Icons (coming soon) for use on your home and business computer. While we encourage emailing our desktops to your friends and colleagues, resale or re-posting to other sites is by permission only.
Q: Are How do I install the desktops on my computer?
A: Please follow the directions listed on the support page for specific directions regarding installation on both macs and PCs.
Q: The desktops are not properly sized for my monitor. How can I fix this?
A: Currently we design desktops with a 1920 px wide x 1200 px tall monitor in mind. (17′ Monitor) Fortunately, if you have a different size setting selected on your monitor the images can still be used. When in your monitor dashboard select “Fit to screen” for optimal results.
Q: Can I get these in a calendar? How about a stamp? Perhaps a sticker?
A: Currently these images are only available for download directly to your computer. In the future some of our free downloads may be incorporated into something like…well…a calendar. We’ll keep you posted in the event that this becomes available in the future.
Q: I don’t get it. What does {insert image description here} mean?
A: We don’t want to give away too much about our nefarious scheme to add our desktops to every computer in the world, so all those subliminal messages that you’re probably seeing right about now … just ignore them. There is no man behind the curtain.
Q: So you’re not going to explain them?
A: No. Not at this time.
