We found this little gem at our friendly neighborhood resource for all things slightly pre-Apocalyptic, the antique mall. This, along with a dozen other equally disturbing (but amazingly informational) pamphlets were only a dollar a piece. You can’t find entertainment that good any more, we checked it out.
